Eligibility Criteria & Specifications
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Educational Qualification: Degree in B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in GNM.

Key Clinical Skills Required
Selected candidates are expected to perform independent nursing care in a homecare setting. Key responsibilities include:
- Tracheostomy care and Catheter care.
- Bedsore prevention and treatment protocols.
- Enteral feeding management via NGT (Nasogastric Tube) or PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy).
- Handling duty shifts of 15 days × 24 hours (360 hours total per month), with overtime compensation payable for additional hours.
Salary, Benefits, and Contract Details
- Salary: AED 3,500 per month.
- Employment Visa: Free 2-year (24-month) renewable contract provided by the employer.
- Accommodation: Rent-free accommodation provided (Utility bills like SEWA and internet, approx. AED 100–150/month, shared by occupants).
