Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical): B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR M.Tech in Dairy Engineering. (2 years relevant experience preferred)
- Assistant Marketing Officer: B.Tech/PG in Food Technology/Dairy Technology OR Graduation + full-time MBA in Marketing with 3 years relevant FMCG/Dairy experience
- Assistant Dairy Officer: B.Tech in Dairy Technology/Dairy Science & Technology. (2 years experience in a dairy plant preferred)
- Assistant HRD Officer: First Class Degree + PG in Personnel Management / MBA in HR / MSW OR LLB + MBA in HR[cite: 8]. Minimum 3 years HR experience required
- Junior Systems Officer: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 3 years relevant system administration/IT experience.
- Junior Assistant: First Class B.Com degree via regular mode + 2 years post-qualification accounting/clerical experience.
- Technician Grade-II (Trades): NCVT certificate in relevant ITI trade + 1-year apprenticeship + 2 years relevant industry experience. (Electricians require a valid Wireman license; Boiler technicians require a Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate)
- Plant Assistant Gr. III: Must have passed SSLC/Equivalent. Note: Candidates holding graduate degrees are ineligible for this post.
- Driver cum Office Attendant Gr. II: SSLC pass + valid driving license for LMV and HMV with badge + 3 years heavy vehicle driving experience.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- General Candidates: 18 to 40 years (Born between 02-01-1985 and 01-01-2007).
- OBC Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 3 years (Up to 43 years).
- SC/ST Candidates: Upper age relaxation of 5 years (Up to 45 years).

Selection Method
Selection is conducted based on a Written Test followed by a Skill Test, Group Discussion, or Personal Interview depending on the category:
- Written Test Cut-off: Minimum 50% cut-off marks apply across all categories.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every incorrect objective answer
- Shortlisting Ratio: Qualified candidates are called for GD/Skill Test/Interview in ratios ranging from 1:3 to 1:5 based on merit.
