Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on 07.09.2026)
- Manager Posts: Maximum 32 years.
- Junior Executive Posts: Maximum 27 years.
- Relaxations in upper age limit apply as per Government norms (5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 10 years for PwBD).
2. Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- Manager (Engineering – Civil / Electrical / IT): B.E./B.Tech degree in the respective engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA with 3 years of post-qualification professional experience.
- Manager (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3-Year or 5-Year Integrated Course) with 3 years of relevant professional practice/experience.
- Manager (Operations / Commercial): Graduate Degree with MBA (or B.E./B.Tech) and 3 years of work experience in airport management, marketing, or commercial operations.
- Junior Executive (Finance / Law / Operations / Survey): Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Professional Qualification in the discipline. No prior work experience is required for Junior Executive positions.
