Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), the nodal agency of the Government of Kerala for entrepreneurship development and startup activities, has officially announced its recruitment drive for 2026. 1. Manager – Incubation

• Vacancies: 1 Post
• Tenure: 1-year contract
• Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000/month (consolidated)
• Age Limit: Below 40 years as of June 1, 2026
• Qualification: Graduate with minimum 8 years of relevant experience OR MBA with minimum 6 years of experience in startup ecosystem, incubator management, or innovation management.

2. Manager – Fab Lab

• Vacancies: 1 Post
• Tenure: 1-year contract
• Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000/month (consolidated)
• Age Limit: Below 40 years as of June 1, 2026
• Qualification: B.Tech mandatory along with Fab Academy certification, regular MBA, or M.Tech. Requires minimum 6 years total experience including 3 years in digital fabrication/industrial production.

3. Sr. Developer – Full Stack

• Vacancies: 1 Post
• Tenure: 1-year contract
• Pay Scale: ₹90,000/month (consolidated)
• Age Limit: Below 35 years as of June 1, 2026
• Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in CS, IT, EEE, EC, or circuit branches. Minimum 4 years experience in full-stack web software development (Vue.js, PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL/MySQL, APIs, and AI integration).

5. Assistant Manager – Corporate Relations

6. Fellow – Portfolio and Investments

• Qualification: Engineering Graduate or MBA with 2+ years experience in direct startup funding, investment analysis, or VC/angel network coordination.

7. Manager – Co Work

• Vacancies: 1 Post
• Tenure: 1-year contract
• Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000/month (consolidated)
• Age Limit: Below 40 years as of June 1, 2026
• Qualification: Graduate with 8 years relevant experience OR MBA with 6 years experience in managing co-working spaces, facility P&L, or incubation hubs.

8. Internship & Trainee Positions (Stipend: ₹15,000/month)

Duration for all internship positions is 6 months, extendable up to 1 year.

• Intern – Infra (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. (Location: Kochi)
• Program and Event Management Intern: Degree in Management, Commerce, Social Sciences, or Engineering. Age below 30. (Location: Kochi)
• Intern – Civil: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture with AutoCAD skills. (Location: Kochi)
• Intern – 3D Printing and Design: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Design, or Architecture. Age below 28.
• Intern – Electronics: Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with ECAD and embedded programming skills. Age below 28. (Location: Kochi)
• Intern – LEAP Centre (Kulakkada): Graduation with 1-year experience in facility management or administration. (Location: Kulakkada)
• Technical Trainee – Fab Lab: B.Tech in EC/ME/Design or Fab Academy graduate. (Location: Trivandrum)
• Intern – Accounts: Regular B.Com degree. Knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting principles preferred. Age below 28. (Location: Thiruvananthapuram)

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are screened based on educational credentials, submitted documents, and relevant work experience.
2. Interview/Interaction: Shortlisted applicants will be invited for online/offline interviews or skill tests conducted by the Kerala Startup Mission selection committee.
